10.1 If someone wants to view records other than prohibited records, the National Archives may allow such records to be viewed as prescribed. 10.2 If someone wants to move or take a copy of a record other than a prohibited record, the National Archives may move such record or give a copy of such record as prescribed by collecting the fee as prescribed. 10.3 Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section 10.2, such record may be moved or a copy of it may be given without a fee in the prescribed circumstances.
